Carrot oat bran muffins

Ingredients

  • 18 Strawberries – rinsed under cold water and patted dry with paper towel
  • 3 ounces Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 ounce Skim Milk
  • 5 ounces Nutella
  • 2 ounces Greek Yogurt
  • .5 ounce Honey

Ingredients for Assorted Toppings Needed for Dipping:

  • 2 ounces Crushed Teddy Graham Crackers
  • 2 ounces Rice Krispies
  • 2 ounces Crushed Pretzels
  • 2 ounces Shredded Sweetened Coconut

Method of preparation for each coating:

Chocolate Covered:

  1. Place chocolate chips and milk together in small cup and heat in a microwave for 45 to 60 seconds. Remove. Stir with a spoon until smooth and all chocolate has mixed well with the milk.
  2. Use 6 strawberries. Grab one strawberry at a time by the green top and dip into smooth chocolate, remove and place into topping of choice. Place the strawberry onto a clean plate.
  3. Repeat process until all strawberries are coated and dipped in toppings.

Nutella Covered:

  1. Open the pack of Nutella.
  2. Use 6 strawberries. Grab one strawberry at a time by the green top and dip into the Nutella, remove and place into topping of choice. Place the strawberry on to a clean plate.
  3. Repeat process until all strawberries are coated and dipped in toppings.

Honey Greek Yogurt:

  1. In a small cup mix together that yogurt and the honey.
  2. Use 6 strawberries. Grab one strawberry at a time by the green top and dip into the honey yogurt mixture, remove and place into topping of choice. Place the strawberry on to a clean plate. Repeat process until all strawberries are coated and dipped in toppings.
